RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR POLICY:
* Returns will not be accepted due to size, quality or personal preferences. (Please refer to the product descriptions for size details).
*Replacements will be issued only after inspection.
*An unboxing video is required to initiate a return.
- Returns & Exchanges can be made within a window of 7 days from receiving the product. Returns and exchanges will solely be processed through the return & exchange form.
- Returns will be approved or disapproved on the basis of video proof provided by the customer. Refund will be processed only after thorough inspection of the video proof provided.
- We only offer refunds in the form of gift cards/ coupon codes.
- We offer a free first exchange of the product for all our customers. However, additional exchanges/ s are subjected to a freight charge of minimum 250rs. Please note that the free exchange is not applicable if the products are bought during any sale period.
- During sale periods, we do not provide s or gift cards. We only offer exchange within the same style for a different size. Please note that the free exchanges are not applicable for products purchased during sale periods, and they are subject to a freight charge. The freight charge is a minimum of 150 INR for 0.5 kg, 250 INR for 1 kg, with an additional 100 INR for every additional 0.5kg increase in weight.
- Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code and is subjected to change depending on the ground condition.
- To be eligible for return or exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging and must have the original tag attached.
- Gift cards/ coupon codes and exchanges are released after successful reception and analysis of the original product by the team.
- If you are exchanging a product with another product of a lesser value, the balance money will be refunded back in the form of store credit/ gift card/ coupon code.
- If you are exchanging a product with another product of a higher value, the balance amount can be paid for through COD/Net banking/Store Credit.
- Cancellation requests can only be accommodated within the first 24 hours of placing the order.
- All coupon codes/ gift cards must be used within 60 days from the issuance date.
- Shipping of INR 100 will be deducted from refund while returning the product.
- All disputes regarding non-delivery of order or incorrect product received need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
